Albarino 'Prime' Paco & Lola 2021

The Albariño ‘Prime’ by Paco & Lola is a white wine from Rías Baixas, made from a selection of Albariño grapes sourced from the oldest vineyards of the estate and vinified at controlled temperatures to preserve its expressive purity. The aging takes place on fine lees for about 24 months in three different containers: steel, wood, and granite, in a balance that unites and enhances the freshness of the grape variety while maintaining precision and complexity. On the nose, aromas of ripe white peach, citrus, and delicate balsamic nuances emerge. The palate is fresh, savory, and full-bodied. Excellent paired with seared scallops.
