From our sommeliers
The 'Barbba' from Vinas Mora comes from Primošten, a fishing village where a group of elderly winemakers tends small plots carved from the rock. This label combines indigenous red and white grapes, hand-picked and co-fermented after a very brief maceration on the skins. The result is a light and smooth rosé, with a marine soul, designed for everyday drinking. On the nose, it brings red currant and pomegranate with hints of thyme and Mediterranean scrub, while on the palate it is subtle, savory, and finely spiced. Excellent with grilled blue fish.
