The Bourgogne Blanc 'Homard d'Or' from Domaine Ami is born in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, land of great Burgundy whites. The winery is run by two young and dynamic vignerons, who follow simple practices and manage the vineyard and winery in the least interventionist way possible. On the nose, it presents citrus memories and hints of ripe fruit, with a mineral note reminiscent of flint. On the palate, the sip is light, vertical, and persistent, supported by a vibrant freshness that invites the next sip. Excellent paired with butter and lemon poached lobster.
