The Durello Sparkling Classic Method Pas Dosé Reserve "Amedeo" by Ca' Rugate is a sparkling wine from Veneto made from Durella grapes, complemented by a small amount of Garganega. It ages for 42 months on the lees and expresses an energetic and bright personality, with aromas of white peaches, mixed spices, croissant and fresh bread, and a vigorous, fresh, savory sip with enveloping effervescence

The Durello Sparkling Wine Classic Method Pas Dosé Reserve “Amedeo” from Ca’ Rugate is a Vintage with a strong personality, made with two varieties historically present in Veneto: Durella, typical of the Monti Lessini area, and Garganega, the symbolic grape of Soave. The splendid hilly areas, fresh and ventilated, and the suitable soils, allow for the production of high-quality sparkling bases. It is a Blanc de Blancs characterized by a great freshness, clarity, and verticality, marked by saline and mineral notes of authentic territorial imprint.

The Durello Sparkling Wine Classic Method Pas Dosé Reserve “Amedeo” is the result of the experience of one of the most important wineries in the Verona area. The estate manages vineyards in Soave, on the Monti Lessini, and in Valpolicella, producing a range of labels that also includes a high-quality Classic Method. The grapes of Durella and Garganega come from vineyards cultivated in the Brenton area, in the beautiful hilly area of the municipality of Roncà, on volcanic soils of basaltic origin, rich in mineral substances. At the end of the harvest, which usually takes place around the beginning of September, the grapes are softly pressed. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The base wines rest for a few months before the final blending. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a sur lattes aging of 42 months.

The Pas Dosé Durello Reserve “Amedeo” from the Venetian winery Ca’ Rugate is a sparkling wine with a typically territorial profile, among the most interesting versions of Classic Method made with indigenous grape varieties. In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. Elegant and refined, it expresses complex aromas reminiscent of citrus peel, lime, the fragrance of white-fleshed fruit, peach, delicate sensations of pain brioche, pastries, and floral nuances of orange blossom. The attack on the palate is lively, savory, and taut, with delicate and multifaceted aromas that unfold harmoniously in a long, persistent sip, closing with savory and refreshing sensations. An excellence to discover, dedicated to all lovers of the Classic Method.
