The Franciacorta Saten Brut Vintage by Chiara Ziliani is made from grapes grown in the estate vineyards in Provaglio d'Iseo, in the heart of the Franciacorta area. The pure Chardonnay ferments partly in steel and partly in barrique, then rests for 31 months on its own lees. The color is light golden yellow, animated by fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, notes of wisteria, lily of the valley, rose, and white peach emerge, with intriguing citrus hints of mandarin and toasted notes of hazelnut. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and creamy. Excellent with a seafood risotto
