The Gavi di Gavi Bosio is born in the Piedmontese heart of Cortese, a grape variety that finds its most authentic expression around the village of Gavi. The grapes mature for four months on their own lees, after a slow fermentation at low temperature. On the nose, it opens delicately and elegantly, with notes of fruit and floral nuances. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, supported by a pleasant freshness that invites you to sip. Perfect paired with oven-baked sea bass with aromatic herbs
