The Patrimonio 'Cantina di Torra' by Nicolas Mariotti Bindi is a red wine that expresses the soul of Corsica through the Nielluccio grape, considered the genetic twin of Tuscan Sangiovese. This label is born from the blending of historic parcels, each with different exposure and soil that alternate between calcareous clays and alluvial soils rich in smooth pebbles. In the winery, the approach is minimally interventionist with minimal extraction to preserve the elegance of the fruit and varietal identity, while aging occurs exclusively in steel to maintain aromatic freshness. On the nose, it opens with notes of wild cherry and sour cherry with hints of Mediterranean scrub herbs.
