Here, a thousand years ago, everything began: the perfect climate for the vine thanks to the sharp temperature excursions between day and night and mountain ranges that protect the vineyards from the Siberian cold. In this unique terroir, the Grand Cru Akhoebi from Saperavi grapes is born, in the Kakheti region, which has the greatest enological vocation. A red berry grape that is the absolute protagonist of the region and that the Our Wine winery, a perfect example of the meeting of cultures since it arises from the collaboration between Italian and Georgian producers, vinifies following the principle of biodynamics.
