Soave Corte Giara - Allegrini 2021

The Soave ‘Corte Giara’ originates from the hills of Soave, in the province of Verona, from white grape varieties grown on pergolas in volcanic soils. After a cold cryomaceration, it ferments and matures in steel to preserve the aromatic delicacy of Garganega. A brief and partial malolactic fermentation crowns the roundness of the sip. On the nose, it is delicate and elegant, with notes of white and yellow fleshed fruit and a floral hint of broom. On the palate, it is dry and fresh, with lively sapidity from the volcanic lands and a tense sip, ideal with grilled fish or vegetable risotto.
